At Shooz, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return, provided the items are shipped back within 2 days of receiving your items, with the following conditions:
- A restocking fee of 4% deducted from your refund, applicable to Online in-store returns and Online in-store pickup orders.
- Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- If items do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return, and the items will be sent back to you.
- All Outlet Collection purchases or items marked down by 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
